The most important thing for me about working with people and working with wine is to ensure we all enjoy the experience. Let’s enjoy a glass of wine together and see what happens next!

Board level director input

I can contribute to your management board in a way that works best for you, contributing or leading specific areas of thinking and business direction.  I can also assist in leading best practice management around developing a board, how it operates, and how it facilitates the best results for your business

Project and outcome related work

I can work on a project basis, where we agree a piece of work and an outcome that you need to achieve.  Examples of this kind of brief, can include

      • Labelling and packaging review
      • Wine assessments and positioning recommendations that include price, distribution and marketing strategy
      • Accessing new markets, undertaking feasibility studies, identifying partnerships, importing/exporting critical requirements for success

Ongoing support 

I sometimes work as an “outsourced” or “freelance senior manager with practical know how” in marketing or general management type roles to support your business.  This could be on a long term basis, or during a period of growth or urgency, or whilst you look to appoint a full time member to your team


Ambassador / market co-ordinator for trade bodies or wine regions looking to improve their presence, awareness, and sales in the UK

In conjunction with the wine parlour, a leading a wine space in Brixton, London we can launch or grow sales for your wine region.  We can work with you to better market your products, develop a business plan for the region that benefits everyone and provide distribution strategies for wineries of different size and style within the area, raising awareness and growing the category overall


Sponsorship of PhD work

Wineries can raise their profile by sponsoring particular parts of my PhD research.  In exchange for sponsorship wineries can scope out particular pieces of research and have their own knowledge based outcomes with exclusive reports and data collection being undertaken.
