Pret – A treat, an everyday treat, or too expensive?

The price of coffee seems to be rising in Pret….. I overheard one customer say it had become too expensive to have every day.  I think it depends on your relationship with the brand.   I dont go to pret every day.  But their coffee is good so I like to use them for a treat – price is less of an issue.  If you are a regukar however, it is a more sensitive point.  Price is important to customers as well as your p/l – so dont hide it.  Manage the communication with your customers and be transparent.
